Shocking service from this supposedly 'trusted brand' - We purchased two identical sets of stainless steel cutlery at the same time from our local M&S store - the idea being we would have plenty of 'matching' items for use when we had guests over to dinner etc. The issues began when one of the sets started to delaminate / rust after just 5 months ! - noting this - we requested both sets were replaced as this would ensure we had two sets of the same age / condition - this request was initially declined by a thoroughly rude supervisor in store and later by customer services at M&S HQ. This will be the last purchase we will make from any M&S store as we feel thoroughly let down.
