Received a wrong size gift for Christmas. Phoned customer service as our local M&S has closed down. Told the only way I can exchange is to take back to a store and since we only have the M&S food hall now (who can't exchange or refund clothing) my nearest store is 200 miles away and a lot of money for a return train ticket.
I thought M&S were a better company than this but obviously not
