My son wanted to surprise me with fresh Mother’s Day flowers
What I got was half dead bouquet
I complained and was sent replacement flowers a few days after Mother’s Day
Never mind they spoilt my sons gift to me
Then have the nerve to send me not much better than the last bouquet
I have always rated M & S
BUT not anymore
How dare you send rubbish and charge for it
Yes I threw them away
