Bought my mother flowers for Mother’s Day, they arrived on time on Sunday morning unfortunately on opening they were half dead or dying with wilted foliage in dry packaging and box.I emailed M+S on receiving and have heard nothing, however 5 days later looking at dead flowers I felt I needed to contact them as the bouquet wasn’t cheap. In their defence the customer service was excellent however I think M+ S need to look at their suppliers as this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident.
Sadly I wouldn’t use you again.
