Very disappointed with Culverhouse cross branch this morning. At around 11am they only had one cashier working with a queue of around fifteen people with large trolleys . This is not service, the queue shows that people are unhappy using the self service. I use MandS because of the usually good service but am beginning to think it really is not as good as it used to be. Helen on the self service was doing her very best but people are not happy using them. My sight is not wonderful and I hate using them. An elderly lady next to me was very unhappy trying to use them. Maybe this is why some people are stopping using Marks. Very disappointing.
