I won’t be using Marks and Spencer’s again until they change their delivery and collection service as they have sold the customer out to cheap delivery service and a non existent customer service if anything goes wrong. Expect all these companies to go bust real soon and with only themselves to blame when they put profit before service.
What a shame when they used to be such a good name.
