Can't believe that M&S charge 40p for a paper bag. I'm all for protecting nature and cutting back on plastics. Totally supported the Welsh goverment in 2010 when they introduced the 5p charge to reduce the number of plastic bags being discarded.
However, paper bags are biodegradable and i totally disagree with veing charged 40p for such a flimsy carrier
