Unacceptable Hygiene in Sandwich
I purchased a chicken and salad sandwich from M&S Guildford today and was extremely disappointed. I found not one, but two hairs in my sandwich—one in the filling and one on the bread. As a long-time loyal customer, I have always enjoyed M&S sandwiches, but today's experience was unacceptable. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will no longer be purchasing cooked food items from M&S.
