Shambolic customer service in relation to an on-line order return and subsequent refund.
The on-line purchase was made via gift card and balance payment using debit card.
Items were not suitable, following return within 7 x days, part refund was processed onto debit card.
Two months later, several telephone calls, e-mails, on-line assistance and still no sign of gift card element of refund. Delay tactics clearly at play by M&S in providing refund due.
