Whilst at the self check out the machine decided that a member of staff was required to check the contents of our bag. There were 3 members of the customer service staff at the desk. Not 1 of them came over to reset the machine. I had to go to the desk where they were all dealing with 1 customer. Why did it take 3 staff members to sort 1 customer, there was no apology given for our lengthy wait and the woman who eventually came to reset the machine, Yvonne was rude and curt. She made up feel like it was our fault and that we were trying to steal something. Raging.
