I like being able to specify day of delivery - I was able to pick a day I was working from home. Was texted and emailed that morning to give me a one hour slot for delivery so I wasn't waiting around. Arrived on time and was able to do some returns by Collect+ at the shop just down the road. So easy and efficient. Thank you.
