Today I went to marks and Spencer's to purchase a birthday cake with my 3 year old daughter for her grandmothers birthday. I let her chose the cake and her choice was Colin the caterpillar (which was lovely) I was served at 14:15pm at counter 6 by a lovely gentleman. I'm sorry I didnt catch his name but his customer service was outstanding.
