I went to the inauguration of the Bracknell Marks and Spencer. The atmosphere was electric and you could feel how proud the assistants were to show off the new store. Everyone was excited and the service was excellent. I got a free shopping bag, tasters and even a drop of Prosecco but I think it was the helpful attitude of the girl on the till that made the biggest impression. Go on down you will be impressed!
