Went in sales staff realised I couldn't find what I was looking for so asked if they could help. They went to the stock room as the size I wanted wasn't on the shop floor. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but they offered to order it online for me and have it delivered home for me next day which was fantastic. Very helpful staff at the Brent Cross store made my trip a lot less stressful.
