There were 3 of us in the cafe to have tea , coffee & snacks. M&S don't give receipts unless you ask. This time unusally I asked. To find I was charged for an extra coffee.
When i approached the staff to sort it out. They were carefree and unbothered by their error. The lack of customer service surprised me for M&S !!
