I have always admired M&S and shop there every time I visit the UK from my home in Switzerland. I was there just last week and had to return two bras as they were the wrong size (my fault). Even though I no longer had the receipt the lady in Customer Service reimbursed me which I greatly appreciated. All M&S clothes are of great quality and the food superb. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Kensington High Street branch. Almost makes me want to move back to the UK!
