Truly great customer services in Poole. Bought few Christmas PJ’ for my daughter but the sizes were too big. Customer Service representative did her best to find the size by calling different M&S branches to accommodate the size. She took my number and called me later on in the day that she managed to find the sizes and the items will be delivered next day. Absolutely amazing.
