This review is for marks and Spencer outlet West Bromwich. Went today. All the staff were very friendly. But one particular member stood out his name was Rob. He over heard me talking to my daughter about some shoes that I couldn't find my size in. He came straight over and found me a pair. He was so helpful. I didn't even have to ask. I later found out he had only been working there for a week. Well congratulations if only every store had someone like him. I bought the shoes thanks to Rob. Excellent customer service.
