I went into the Marble Arch store today to buy pjs that my niece really liked and wanted. All the other stores were sold out, so i called the customer service line where they said the marble arch store had 19 on the shop floor. I went there and found none. I spoke with Theresa Harley who was the most helpful person i have come across. She checked the system which showed 5, but none were on the floor. So she then went to check the stock room, where she found the PJs in the size I needed. She was a genuinely lovely woman who went out if her way to help me.
