Tonbridge ,kent. I collected my large christmas food order yesterday. I was furious that the 2 turkeys i ordered were not included due to some mix up. Very angry and some what panicky i escalated to the section manager, yvonne and the store manager, gareth. They assured me that they would be able to rectify this by thd folloeing day. Well i am delighted to say they did! They contacted a larger local store with surplus stock and arranged that the 2 birds be collected and ready for me by 9.30am the following day. I appreciate things do go wrong. M&S being such a popular choice for so many shoppers what was great is that it was sorted promptly. Thanks all !
