Poor customer service, never enough people on tills, and no, I don’t want to use self service which always ends up with me waiting for an assistant because there’s an issue with an item.
Staff often rude. Food on display that is out of date or “blown packaging because it hasn’t been kept cold enough in waiting bay out the back.
A fair amount of food is tasty but a bit of a lottery when buying ready made meals especially the Balanced for You range. However the Chinese and Japanese range is nice.
Clothes displays appalling and uninspiring.
