I have been a customer for over 30 years I buy all my clothes from marks. This week I have been in 3 different stores and in all 3 I found the
Staff unhelpful and they made me feel that I should not be asking for their help. Where are the smiling friendly staff gone? They were all miserable and unhelpful I am sorry to I left marks a bit depressed.
