Having torn a calf muscle and being very restricted I find myself waiting in the café area at Shawham Marks & Spencer‘s, while my wife continued the shopping.
The café manager, Sandy, recognised that I was in difficulty, and very kindly brought me a cup of tea as I was incapable of going out to Kew.
This kind of service is all too rare In the corporate world, and she is an outstanding example of an excellent ambassador for her business
