Vegetable Moussaka.
No aubergine. Only mashed lentils and just 3 potato slices.
Masses of Bechamel.
New recipe. Not nearly as good as the previous. Lentils are cheap and so are aubergines.
Two
Lamb and mint Pie.
Nice crust. Dry lamb mince which I did not expect. No taste of mint.
Both dishes very disappointing. Lentils are not cheap ingredients as are aubergines.
