I visited London at the weekend and went into Westfield at Shepherd’s Bush whilst there went into M&S & was waiting for assistance in children’s wear where I witnessed some outstanding service given by a lady called Kerry. She was serving a gentleman for a boys suit & once he was happy with the suit she took him downstairs to alterations at the same time she asked me not to go anywhere because she would be right back. I left feeling very satisfied with my goods & received a one to one service you don’t normally get in stores
