I shopped in M and S (Craigleith Retail Park Edinburgh) on 23rd of this month. Unable to carry heavy bags due to recent operation I asked at the checkout for help.
The staff were so helpful and a very sensible charming girl called Detta pushed my trolley to the car and carefully packed the car.
