I've just received cut flowers from a friend to cheer me up and they are awful. Low grade, nasty cheap flowers, half dead. I'm so unimpressed, especially as this could have been such a lovely treat.
Such a shame to see M&S send out such a bad quality product. I've shopped here for a long time but things seem to be going down hill.
I'd like to put a photo here but no facilities for this.
