I visited Fosse Park Marks and Spencer’s cafe on Thursday 21st November. The cafe needs managing as the staff are over worked so normal hygiene procedures are not being followed.At one time the flow of customer was managed at the entrance , if this doesn’t happen you willing have a bad accident.
Also the counter and service area needs a good clean before you get a Environmentally officer visit . The counter is badly cracked and black where germs can multiply.
The Staff are very cheerful and helpfully under very difficult working conditions.
