Went to M&S Malvern store this week, hardly any staff around to help, especially at this time of year, you’d think they’d have more staff! Anyway finally found a member of staff who seamed “off” didn’t want to help at all, and just walked off.
So whilst paying at the desk I asked who she was and I was told her name was “Sophia or Sophie” and that she is the manager!!!
No wonder there’s no staff if that’s how she treats a customer.
