Bought an armchair online, internal springs have failed and M&S
customer service dreadful, the armchair will have to be inspected by an indepent body to assess their faulty goods. Even emailling M&S CEO is a waste of time. M&S should seek advice from Amazon on customer service. Dreadful customer service. Apparently it will take approx a 2 week period to recognise the goods are faulty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
