I ordered a new freezer when my 44 year old one in the garage finally gave up on Saturday. Once ordered I had Fantastic communication throughout with a two hour time slot given for next day delivery. I had telephone contact when the driver was 30 minutes away and he took the old one away. Exactly what customer service is about!
