Ordering was easy, I forgot to ask for my old fridge freezer to be taken away, phoned customer services and they added it to my order, no problem. Got an email and text to tell me when it would be delivered, 30 minutes before it was due I received another email and text, they arrived dead on time. The driver unloaded my new fridge freezer and brought it inside, then explained when I should start using it, brilliant.
