Everything excellent until washer delivered and noticed that warranty seemed to be for 2 yrs instead of 5. Rang customer services who sent
guarantee form to fill in, which I did.
Received confirmation of guarantee but no length of guarantee.
After another two phone calls to cust. services an e-mail was sent to me
confirming 5 yr warranty.
Superb service but not quite a 10.
