Ordered an in stock upright freezer on the Saturday morning & was surprised & pleased that they could deliver on the Sunday. I had expected a few days wait at least. Delivery was free too as it was a standard size freezer & ground floor delivery. We were able to give good instructions online about the access to our property - type of road, any restrictions , our driveway etc. so felt confident about the delivery. Driver was on time & we had all the notifications prior to his arrival as promised. Polite & friendly delivery driver. Freezer arrived safe & sound. We’ve followed the set up guide & it seems to be working as it should. I can’t comment on returns & refunds as have not experienced those services. Have not purchased from Marks Electrical before but after this positive experience would do so again without hesitation. Thank you.
