I couldn't fault any aspect of purchasing from Marks Electrical. The oven I purchased was in fact for my daughter. Once we had decided on the model we wanted and checked all the specifications I looked on line to find the best deal. Marks Electrical was the best price and they had it in stock. I phoned them to see what the delivery time was and they said I could have it next day. This pleasantly surprised me and they also offered free delivery. I purchased on line and they kept me informed all the way through the process. I had a 3hr delivery time slot given me that evening and the delivery process and procedure was emailed me. I was informed that I would get a message/phone call from the delivery guys half an hour before they arrived. I got a call about 12.30pm and they said they would be with me a 1.02pm. They arrived bang on time. I joked with them that they were 2 seconds late! Two nice guys put it into my garage in a few minutes. Everything and all communication was professional and spot on. Can't fault any aspect...a really excellent experience. I would definitely recommend them and will buy from them again.
