I ordered a Dyson lightweight vacuum cleaner for my elderly mum, said it woul be dispatched the next day and a 48 hour service with DPD. Next day had a message to say it’s on its way and it would be delivered the next day. Called my mum the next day to give her the delivery window, as she put the phone down DPD we’re just pulling up.
She was over the moon and really pleased with her new toy. If the use DPD as their delivery partner you won’t be disappointed.
