Poor customer service. No one on the phone when we placed the order asked if our present fridge was hard - wired -- beware ! So Marks refunded a "service fee" since they couldn't install the new fridge. The installer at that point said clearly "someone else will be back to pick up the old fridge...." Two fridges then stood in the kitchen for several days whilst we found someone new to install the new fridge. We then paid for an electrician and a plumber. When we called as directed we were then told since the "service fee" had been refunded, tough, the old fridge would not be picked up, so now we will apparently pay for that "service" as well. So, for this installation, three additional parties required. Would not use them again, which is a shame, since product and installers were fine.
