The item was faulty which isn't really their fault and the delivery was ok. Its how they handle the post delivery issues. 48 hours to respond to an email and then they don't answer the question or sort the problem so you have to complain and wait another 48 hours. The only real option is to leave a bad review and then "a manager" responds marginally quicker. I'm off to AO!
