Exceptional customer service, I ordered an American style fridge/freezer on 31/08/16 with 2 man delivery option and it was delivered in the afternoon on 01/09/16. The delivery team were very helpful, and due to the large size of the item, they took amazing care while getting it into the house ( there was only 25mm clearance through doorways ) but they never let it touch either side. The team were pleasant, friendly but professional and arrived more or less on time (15 mins late in middle of teatime rush hour).
