Delivery and comms were fine for the new product. However I had my old fridge freezer removed as part of the package. When wheeling out the appliance the drivers (Figgy and Steven) dropped it and it hit my front door causing a large chunk of the door to come out
Reported it immediately to customer services after they left who are refusing to take the matter further as in their words 'We do not have any evidence indicating that the damage was caused by our delivery drivers'
