Shocking service after delivering a worryingly faulty American style fridge freezer. It’s was delivered broken and they try to get you to deal with Samsung which is not within the law as the appliance is covered by the 14 day rule and Marks Electrical are responsible not the manufacturer. Customer services are fully aware of the faulty appliance and are now not answering emails. Never come across a company like this before. Be very wary.
