I bought the installation service when I bought my washer/dryer. When the driver/unqualified fitter had finished there was a leak but he refused to fix this. I had to call a plumber out to fix this costing me £75 and the company haven't even offered a contribution towards this. I was not going to risk them sending out another unqualified driver to fix this and waste more time, why couldn't the initial driver have done this if this was their solution??? The worst of it, they admitted their driver confirmed it was leaking before he left. Bunch of cowboys - don't bother with them.
