Abysmal customer service on 10th September I had a faulty fridge freezer installed. installers came back out and confirmed the appliance is faulty told to contact customer service back for a replacement 7 weeks down the line with no working fridge freezer and still no replacement. Emails & messages ignored do not get a response, 6 telephone calls to customer service only to be told each time we will look into it and call you back which no one ever does will not transfer call to a manager !!!! STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Do not reply telling me to call customer service as I am wasting over 2 hrs a day on hold only to be told someone will call you back
