I purchased an oven with a clear agreement that they would collect the old one upon delivery. Instead, they abandoned the new oven at my entrance and refused to honor their commitment. This is blatant false advertising and terrible customer service.
Do not trust their promises—they won’t deliver. Zero accountability.
