Missed delivery damaged item
Very poor service - use John Lewis price match!
We ordered a top of the range Siemens dishwasher from them as they had it in stock we arranged delivery for 3-5pm. My wife booked a days holiday at 6pm we had heard nothing the delivery driver rang at 6:30 and delivered at 7:20pm no need for a days holiday! Then what do we find it's damaged! - eventually the discourteous customer services after saying why it wasn't her fault arrange an engineer to replace the damaged part (3 phone calls) - engineer rings, no part has been ordered! Another lost days holiday!
A lodged a complaint and was assured a call - guess what... no call
