Marks website was very straightforward and made ordering simple, the delivery was excellent I placed my order at lunchtime and my vaccum cleaner was delivered free of charge the next day. I telephoned the shop before ordering and the staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The price was also lower than anywhere else. I would certainly recommend Marks and would not hesitate to purchase goods from them in the future.
