An excellent retailer. I was impressed from start to finish. The website was clear, the price was good, the person on the end of the phone was capable and helpful and the item was delivered less than 24hours after the order placed (with a texted delivery slot the night before and 30minute warning courtesy call). Very happy with this store (initially discovered under 365electricals) and am likely to purchase items from them again. Bad points? A 1% credit card fee added to the bill and a slightly confusing email received stating that since my delivery address wasn't my billing address there'd be a delay to delivery until this was confirmed. This must've been an error since delivery went without a hitch.
