Absolutely terrible customer service - obnoxious person on the phone with no interest in helping me resolve a problem cause by a mistake made on the on-line order. Claiming I removed the two-man delivery from my order, I was spoken to aggressively and charged £50 when I cancelled the order. This was after two weeks of waiting for a fridge that didn't arrive in stock as promised, having to change my order - and then being spoken to aggressively by customer service person. I was stunned by the lack of help, empathy and customer care. They are poorly trained and seems to almost enjoy being unhelpful. Just awful.
