We've had a truly awful experience with this company. Our purchase started out really well and just went down hill from there. The product arrived and even though I'd tried to purchase a gas hob I ended up receiving a hob set up for LPG. When I rang and spoke to someone about this, they told me that it was 'pot luck' whether you received an LPG or gas hob. We had the hob fitted, all of the gas jets had to be changed to make the hob compatible for gas. One of the burners was unable to be changed. A repair company were called in and a few new parts have had to ordered for our 'new' hob! I've written to Mark's Electrical about this utter farce and so far that haven't deigned to respond, this has been going on since 16th September. I'd steer well clear
