I have Recently ordered a new fridge and cooker totally £2000 for our new kitchen from marks electrical initial good communication and easy to deal with i paid an additional £60 for professional delivery due to the size of the items. The 2 delivery men turned up asked for the front door to be taken off as they couldn't be bothered to unpack the items they then dragged in the fridge and damaged my brand new oak floor. When highlighted to Amy the so called manager her response is there is no prove the drivers did the damage and it should have been written on the delivery note ( im sure that would have made a lot of difference) even though both my uncle and the builder saw them do it and reported it straight away to Marks Electrical with pictures , Then on a call with Amy then decide to proportion blame on my uncle and said he did it pretty good customer service blame your customer . I now have to write to probably the elusive Mark Smithson owner of the company in regards compensating the cost to get my floor repaired which will cost around £1000. Stay well away from this company and be very wary on getting anything delivered they have basically come into my house , damaged my property then advised it was us that did it. Amy is the stated Manager of head office she pretty much dismissed everything i was saying . If anyone would like additional information about the experience we received including photos emails etc let me know, Avoid
